MANUFACTURING FEATURES
Application roller with hubs diameter 65 mm to guarantee a better resistance to torsional stress. Ball bearings diameter 50 mm for application and doctor roller (double ball bearings on each side of the application roller). All Components which come in contact with coatings made in Stainless Steel.
MANUAL CLEANING FEATURES
Auto clean device – the rollers are operated in a “start & stop” mode for safe cleaning operations and separated up to 120 mm.
Side scrapers, roller scrapers and collecting troughs designed to be easily removed.
MAINTENANCE FEATURES
Removable application roller with bearing supports to avoid it leans on the conveying during changing operations.
Original rubber thickness 20 mm so as to regrind the roller instead of replacing it with a new one, thus getting an important cut of the maintenance cost of the machine
MANUFACTURING GUARANTEES
Position sensor of the machine in line with safety mechanical interlock.
Inhibition of some dangerous functions during cleaning operations off line.
An appropriate fan ventilation complying with CEI EN 60079-10 rule – section B5 must be provided for by the customer in case of explosive atmosphere.
During cleaning operations it is necessary to make sure that the electric cabinet is not involved by the dangerous area created by other machines.
